Tips for booking a successful event

Try to book at least a week before the event to allow the DJ adequate time to prepare.
Tell us as much as you can about the expected crowd and their music tastes. For instance, it won't be much good if the DJ a lot of techno records and the crowd want R&B.
Friday and Saturday nights are usually the best nights for DJ availability.

Conditions

The person/party making the booking is responsible for the guests at the event and will be liable for any damage to the equipment of Steil Sounds due to negligent actions of any guest at the event. If your guests will be drinking heavily - it's your responsibility to keep an eye on them.

If the DJ believes that his safety or the safety of equipment is under threat due to drunken or aggressive behaviour of guests, then the DJ reserves the right to pack up and leave - booking costs will still apply.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may be applied in the following cases

If travel outside Perth is required
If the expected crowd size is greater than 100 people
If the event will be held in an environment where smoking is permitted
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the event, 25% of the agreed cost will be charged
